WHO IS ELIGIBLE
This sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members, and those living in the same household as Sponsor, an independent administrator (“Administrator”), Yum! Brands, Inc., Taco Bell participating restaurants, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and internet agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) are not eligible. Where prohibited or restricted by law, this offer is null and void.
ENTRY PERIODS
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on December 29, 2021, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 27, 2022.
NOTE: Non-winning entries will not carry forward into subsequent entry periods. The sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to take the TellTheBell survey.
- ONLINE: When you purchase any food or beverage item at a participating Taco Bell restaurant in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia during the sweepstakes period, enter the unique code (“Code”) on your cash register receipt at www.tellthebell.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete a survey. After you complete the survey, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable entry period.
- BY MAIL: To enter without making a purchase, neatly hand print your first and last name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) on a plain piece of 3″x5″ paper. Mail your entry in a business-size envelope (#10) with sufficient postage affixed to: 2022 Taco Bell Survey Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325.
Entry Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, limit one (1) entry per person per entry period. If more than one (1) entry is received from the same person or email address in the same entry period, the additional entries will be invalid.
RANDOM DRAWINGS
On or about each Drawing Date listed in Section 1, the Administrator will randomly select four (4) potential prize winners from all eligible entries received in the applicable Entry Period. Each winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his or her eligibility and compliance with these official rules. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be contacted one week after each draw. Winners will be called by the administrator for a mailing address. The administrator will leave a voicemail with instructions. If voice messaging is unavailable or the winner does not respond within three business days, they forfeit the reward. Winners may be disqualified if their prize, winner notice, or other correspondence is returned as undeliverable or if they fail to respond within the timeframe provided in the winner notification. Winners will receive prizes via email six to eight weeks after verification.
PRIZES
Four $500 Chase Quick Pay prizes will be awarded per entry period. One reward per family. Winners pay all taxes, fees, and other expenses. The sponsor may substitute a reward of equal or greater worth, but no other substitution or transfer is allowed. All prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee from the sponsor. The sponsor must award only those awards. No additional awards will be offered. Unclaimed awards are forfeited.
